ProAttire Returns Policy

At ProAttire, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Personalised & Customised Items

  • Items that have been personalised, customised, or made to order cannot be returned or refunded.
  • The only exception is where the item is faulty due to a manufacturing error or defect.
  • If you believe your personalised item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos and details of the issue.

2. Non-Personalised Items

  • Non-personalised items may be returned if they are:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@proattire.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or not as ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, including covering any applicable return shipping costs.
